POLICIES & PAYMENTS

Paypal is the only form of payment I accept at the moment. It is the easiest and safest way for all parties involved.

If a proof is required for your order, you will be emailed a Paypal Invoice for your amount due along with your proof (in a separate email).

For orders totaling $100 or more, a 50% deposit is required before work will begin on your order. The final 50% will be billed near project end and your order will be shipped upon receiving payment in full.

For orders under $100, the full amount will be due at the time of ordering.

All proofs MUST be reviewed and approved by the buyer when using our Printing and Assembly Services. If you would like a paper proof mailed to you, please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate.

Due to the custom nature of all of the services I offer, Blissful Day Design does not offer refunds.

Completion times vary for different services. Please let me know if you are on a deadline, rush charges may apply in some situations.

Normal turn around time on monograms is 24 to 48 hours.

Turn around time for aisle runners and banners is roughly 4 to 6 weeks. Please place your order accordingly.
